We normally supply self-fill machines, which means that you the retailer retain most of the convenience fee because you fill the machine with your own float. However, under certain circumstances we can provide a fully managed service. ( see ATM options )

Service and Customer Satisfaction

All our machines come with a FREE parts and labour package for the LIFE SPAN of the machine. We operate a 24-hr call out service to ensure any service enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Most service problems are dealt with through the telecommunications, if however there is a more serious problem we will send a service engineer direct to your site to resolve the problem. We have nation-wide coverage and can be in any location very quickly

We operate a policy of talking to all our customers on a one-one basis, we will provide direct numbers so rather than speaking to an answering service you will always talk to a member of staff or service manager.
